I’m a runner and gym enthusiast, placing in the top 100 women in the San Francisco Marathon. I’ve recently taken up golf, but my love for movement started early with tennis, swimming, and volleyball in high school.

After moving to San Diego for college, I embraced the busy student lifestyle (i.e the food scene & little movement) —only to realize my energy was drained, my hair was damaged, and I’d lost my confidence. I turned to running while diving into endless Google searches, trying every wellness tip I could find.
