A Glimpse Into My Life
After many trial and error, starting a running journey, and feeling amazing day-to-day, I found my true passion in health and wellness. I’ve ignored the noise from influencers and coaches with biased product endorsements—everything I recommend is based on real results, not sponsorships.
Every product and strategy in my program has been personally tested, ensuring that the only goal is to deliver real, sustainable results for my clients.
My Story
A passionate human who has fallen in love with optimizing energy, health, and routines to keep up with a fast-paced life.
I’m a runner and gym enthusiast, placing in the top 100 women in the San Francisco Marathon. I’ve recently taken up golf, but my love for movement started early with tennis, swimming, and volleyball in high school.
After moving to San Diego for college, I embraced the busy student lifestyle (i.e the food scene & little movement) —only to realize my energy was drained, my hair was damaged, and I’d lost my confidence. I turned to running while diving into endless Google searches, trying every wellness tip I could find. Through trial and error, learning from experts, and testing my own methods, I discovered my passion for health and wellness—and more importantly, the WHY behind it all.
I created AlannaThings to help women like me—those struggling to build a routine that works. My mission is to simplify your wellness journey, save you money, and help you achieve real results—without falling for trends designed to sell, not serve.
You only have ONE life so why not live it looking & feeling your absolute best!
